Ion-exchange resin specified to the duty

We assess resin requirements by resin type, ionic form, capacity, particle size, application and supporting documentation before issuing a commercial proposal.

Grades within scope

Strong-acid cationSodium and hydrogen forms for softening and demineralisation.
Strong-base anionType I and Type II grades for demineralisation.
Weak-acid and weak-base resinsFor dealkalisation and efficient regeneration duties.
Mixed-bed gradesFor polishing and high-purity water.

Information reviewed before quotation

Application, feed-water analysis, service flow, regeneration method, vessel volume, incumbent resin and replacement frequency.

Technical review

Total exchange capacity, moisture retention, particle-size range and uniformity coefficient, ionic form as supplied and, for potable-water use, the relevant approval or regulatory position.

Commercial basis

Quantity, packaging, origin, delivery basis, lead time and required TDS, COA and SDS documentation are set out clearly in the proposal.
